This piece is in nice overall condition and looks very good from all angles. When we acquired it, the varnish was discolored and flaking off, a large chip was missing from one of the legs, and it had no wheels. The chair was painstakingly hand sanded to remove the old varnish. It was then stained, and several coats of clear enamel were applied. The leg was repaired, and vintage metal caster whe...

These two chairs are in nice, solid condition, but as is obvious from the pictures, they need to be recaned. There were no issues in the form of splits, breaks, warping, or deterioration from moisture found. They both sit level on the floor and neither creaks nor wobbles. There is relatively light wear for their age on some outside edges, and the rest is in fine shape, including the seats and b...

This piece is in very good overall condition for its approximately 60 year age. There is wear to the black paint on the frame in spots; otherwise, it is in good, usable shape. Except for a half inch scratch on the right side, toward the bottom, the glass is free of damage, and the red mat piece is fine, save for a little waviness. The artwork itself is fine. There is light discoloration at the ...

This sink is in amazing condition for its 78 years, with a great majority of the small imperfections found being impurities produced during the manufacturing process. Though it looks excellent from all angles, most everything found to point out was too small for the camera to pick up, so like all of our listings, the entire piece is described in detail. Top to bottom: The raised edge, including...

These two chairs are in solid, good, usable condition with next to no corrosion present. They are not a matched pair, and it is believed that the one on the right is midcentury vintage and the other is older, possibly from the 1930s. It is difficult to determine what the original color was, possibly green. Then they were cream, white, possibly some other colors, and now red. These multiple laye...

This piece is in very good overall condition and looks excellent for its age. It has been kept under cover on a screened-in porch since new, and it shows, with its bright white finish and brown strapping, both of which are original. The chair has recently undergone a light restoration to bring it to the stunning condition it's presently in. It was the perfect candidate, as it has seen very litt...

This piece is in solid condition, rocks properly, and looks very nice from all angles. It is not perfect, but at over a hundred years of age, it is holding up very well. The chair was painted white by either the retailer selling it or by the consumer. As a result, the label was painted over. There was an attempt at cleaning it up enough to show the manufacturer, but the paper was too delicate t...

This 69 year old piece is in excellent structural condition with no corrosion and an interior that looks nearly new and emits a pleasant cedar aroma. Aside from wear to the top and a little around the edges, the exterior is also in fine shape. Top to bottom details. The horizontal top surface shows wear to the finish, so to not take away from the appearance of the chest as a whole, it will need...

This piece was handmade in the 1960s, and it has stood the test of time very well. There is no damage to any of the wood, and no corrosion to be found. Every moving part operates freely. The walking beam pump mechanism functions properly, and the wheels turn as they should. It looks like whatever shot glass "mugs" could be acquired were used, as three of them are glass, and one is plastic. They...

This is a substantial piece at 51 inches (4.25 feet) tall and weighing 15.6 pounds. It stands straight and is very well constructed, with no loose parts. The lamp is made of brass and other gold-toned metal. On the four-sided white section, there appears to be a relief image depicting a classical Greek scene of Artemis and her followers. The material of the white cube is unknown. Top to bottom ...

The mirror is in fine overall condition for its approximately 40 years, with no damage or wear, and it looks excellent from all angles. There are no full-on pictures of the glass, as all that would be seen is me taking a picture - and the background. A great majority of the mirrored surface is in mint condition, but there is an area with a few very small, short scratches that could be mistaken ...

This piece is in good overall condition for its age, with no damage or excessive wear found, and the mechanical movement that plays a tune functions properly. There is some slight discoloration in spots on the gold metal parts, but on the whole, all looks good. The black portion looks fine all over, and the stickers on the sides are good. The railings on the sides, front, and back are in very g...

This trunk has received some attention on the exterior that left it looking nice overall, better than the pictures portray, as the lighting just wouldn't cooperate. It is very solid, has not received any moisture damage, and aside from the lock, all functions properly. The interior will need to be re-lined if it is to be in the same league as the outside. Top to bottom details: The slightly dom...

This sink is in very good overall condition, save for a couple tiny dings and a few faint scratches. The only spots found to point out are two chips in the basin, the larger of these measuring 0.09", and the rest of the basin and the deck where the faucet resides and running around the basin is very nice. The bottom of the sink is virtually spotless, with no issues found to report. Please see t...

This is a nice, solid piece that sits level and stable on the floor, and it rotates smoothly without catching, tilting, or squeaking. The top and drum storage sections rotate independently, allowing the top to turn while the storage area remains stationary, or the drum can be rotated without moving the top. Both functions operate smoothly. There are signs of use to be found, but overall, it loo...

This vintage Cole chair is now in very good overall condition. Not long ago, there was light surface rust on the chrome, both front corners of the seat were worn through, the finish on the armrests was unevenly worn, and the vinyl was dirty and dull. It has just undergone a near-complete restoration, leaving it looking nice from all angles. To achieve this, a great majority of the corrosion was...
